Regular collection accounts:

All collections are based on a contingency fee. If we do not generate money for you there is no fee. We have a vested interest in seeing that you receive money on accounts that you place in our office.

On accounts that are under one year old from the date of last payment or charge, not previously placed with another agency, or not placed into legal, your cost will be a competitive percentage of the amount collected. Please contact our sales professionals for a free rate quote.

When the account is older than one year old from the date of last payment or charge, previously with another agency or placed into legal your cost will be a slightly higher competitive rate and only on the amount collected.

Accounts are worked within the first 24 hours of referral. Any payments made after we have had the file two days will be charged full commission.

Phase 1 Accounts

When requested, the accounts eligible for Phase 1 will receive a letter. The letter gives the consumer 14 days to respond. We will handle all calls, set all payment arrangements and answer all correspondence regarding Phase 1 accounts. If arrangements are set while the account is in Phase 1, there is a small (competitive) fee and the file will be left in Phase 1 until paid in full or broken arrangements. Payments will be reported to you on a monthly statement. All accounts with no response and/or broken arrangement will be placed in our collection system at the most competitive rate.
