What does it cost me to get started?
Absolutely nothing, since our collections are based on a contingency fee we do not received any dollars ($) until we collect for you.
How fast do we get started?
Day one, we receive the account. The accounts are set up and the letter is generated to your customer. We mail an acknowledgement form to you listing your accounts, dollar amount and age of the account placed.
Day two, the account is released to the assigned collector and special coded “Priority New Business” which gives it precedence.
When do we close an account?
Unless special circumstances occur such as a bankruptcy, the account remains open until the statute of limitations has expired. Any new accounts received on your customer by another creditor are linked with your account providing new information to obtain balance in full or recommend legal action.
When is a balance too small?
Any account less than $25 will not go to the collection floor but will receive a single demand letter for payment. If we have other accounts in our system on your customer, it will be linked with your account regardless of the size and worked by our staff of collectors.
How do we insure quality?
To ensure your accounts are worked thoroughly the collector’s questions are kept to a manageable number. The collectors are monitored at random by the collection floor managers listening in on the calls made to your customer. Weekly random written audits are completed and reviewed by upper management. Daily training meetings, video instruction and role-play are provided.
How do we communicate back to you?
We are just a phone call away and happy to update you on the progress of any account. Statements detailing dollars collected will be provided monthly or as frequently as needed. You may also contact us by Fax at 316-425-0194 or email at msb@midwest-service.net
